Early harvest, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in 3500-liter wooden vats, soft winemaking. 9 months ageing in 300-litre french used barrels. 2 months of refinement in 4.500-liter wooden tanks.
Clear, medium intensity, ruby colour wine.
Clean, high intensity fresh aromas of black fruit such us blackberry, blackcurrant, also black pepper, cedar and earthy notes.
Dry and fresh, soft tannins and medium body. Black fruit flavours, mineral hints and a long finish.
