Early harvest, few hours of skin contact, soft pressing, just free run spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, Once fermentation concluded, the wine was kept with its lees in 1200-liter Flextank and in 500-liter barrels for 6 months.
Clear, medium intensity, lemon colour wine.
Clean, medium intensity aromas of citrus fruit and white fruits, soft mineral notes.
Dry and fresh, medium body, white fruits flavours, mineral, long finish.
